• To provide preferential customer care and administrative support services.

• Minimum of OND,
• Experience as front desk officer, contact center personnel or secretary required.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Proficiency in MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) required,
• Knowledge of graphics an advantage.

• Need a boss,
• Are not interested in a pay raise in 6 months.
• Are unwilling to learn or unlearn,
• Do not have a functional mobile,
• Do not have a social media account,
• Do not like answering many calls,
• Are shy, an introvert or unfriendly,
• Can’t use a computer or have never sent an email,
• Are unwilling to live in Port Harcourt,
• Are unwilling to provide a reference.

• To support sales and customer relationship management.

• Minimum of OND or equivalent.
• Experience in sales, especially in financial services or telecom preferred.
• Knowledge of Port Harcourt business environment is an advantage.
