Job for a Production Supervisor in a Multinational Manufacturing Company

BP Solutions Africa -  Our client, a Multinational Manufacturing Company is recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Production Supervisor Location: Katsina Job Description

  • Create efficient and sustainable systems and procedures to enhance the productivity of both the human and machine resources
  • Ensure consistency in operational and output quality
  • Consistently meet production target without jeopardizing product quality
  • Maintain and promote safe and clean work environment
  • Ensure general compliance with Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Make informative daily reporting tools that captures all cost elements
  • Regularly and thoroughly analyse the data in the daily reporting tools to identify patterns/deviations and take initiatives for adequate control measures
Requirements
  • 5 years’ experience in manufacturing operations.
  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • Excellent reasoning and decision making skills, analytical, and report writing skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Excel etc.)
  • Hausa Language Fluency
  • Working knowledge of applicable HSE regulations
