Job for an IT Officer in a Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) Company in Lagos

Ascentech Services Limited - Our client in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry is recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:     Job Title: IT Officer Location: Lagos Responsibilities

  • Server management and data base administration
  • ERP support for L-1 user complaint handling
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Setting up accounts for new users
  • Testing new technology
  • Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and scanners
  • Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks
  • Responding in a timely manner to service issues and requests
Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in a Computer related course
  • Experience for server management and data base administration;
  • Qualified IT professional with certification.
  • Minimum 4 to 5 years with Industry experience ;
  • Hand on ERP support for L-1 user complaint handling;
