We are recruiting to fill the position below:     Job Title: Stores Officer Location: Rivers Principal Accountabilities

• Monitors inventory by scheduling materials to and from store; coordinating inventory transfers with related departments
• Maintains storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements
• Complies with Store financial standards by providing annual budget information; monitoring expenditures; identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
• Encodes the delivered or ordered items or materials
• Conducts inventory analysis by conducting monthly physical counts; reconciling variances and inputting data
• Delegates tasks and orders to staff with respect to the store
• Delivers supplies and equipment to departments by receiving and transferring items

• A minimum of HND or a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or any relevant field
• Must have at least 3-5years of work cognate experience
• An analytical mind, comfortable with numbers
• Must be dependable and have the ability to influence others to action
• Ability to pay attention to details
• Ability to strategize and solve problems
• Strong leadership and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and people skills
