OTP Internet Technology (9 Credit) is a mobile app that provides simple, allows you to access loan at anytime, anywhere. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Collections Officer Location: Lagos Job Type: Full-time Job Responsibilities

Make Calls to defaulting customers on their loan repayments
Evaluate and recommend approvals of loans
Advise borrowers on financial status and repayment plans
Ensure full recovery of loans as at when due
Negotiate repayment schedules and plan
Send Email and SMS reminders to customers about their overdue loans
Attend to other issues as assigned by the unit's head.

Job Specification

Must have minimum SSCE or OND
Must have excellent communication skills, attention to details, customer service, marketing skills, and data analysis skills.
Must be open to working on weekends when required.
