Pixxon International Limited was incorporated in 2009 by the Corporate Affairs Commission(CAC) and licensed to operate as a legal local recruiter of students to study abroad with standard and accredited schools. We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Customer Care Officer Location: Lagos Job Responsibilities

  • Manage customers incoming calls and Generate sales leads
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within reasonable time line.
  • Good in graphics design and Ms excel.
Job Requirements
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of character
  • Minimum education requirement: SSCE/OND
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
