Hallmark Capital Limited is a financial house established to assist Small and Medium Scale Enterprises (SMSEs), local businesses and individuals. We are currently recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Head of Marketing Location: Lagos Job Description/Requirements

  • Must have 3-5 years marketing experience in financial industry.
  • Motivating team members to exceed expected goals
  • Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines
  • Provide timely feedback to the marketing manager regarding performance and sales activity reports.
  • Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment
  • Arranging business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clients
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics.
  • Responsible for getting new deposits/ Business and proposal writing.
  • Responsible for the formulation of market penetration plan and execution of the marketing program of the company.
  • Building relationships with existing customers and provide on time service to issues.
  • Drive peak performance and sales success across the organization.
  • Prepare and present proposals and close new deals in targeted areas.
  • Develop and maintain sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of company sales targets and profitability.
