We are recruiting to fill the vacant positions below:     Job Title: Process Operator Location: Golden Pasta, Agbara The Job

• Carry out effective operations of the process lines in order to produce standard quality products in line with SOPs.
• Program and operate the facility’s computer system  that operates the machinery.
• Carry out effective process control by constantly monitoring process variables against set points.

• OND in Science related discipline
• Must have basic computer skills

• Minimum of 1 year relevant experience in related industry

• Must be physically fit
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have good mechanical aptitude and equipment troubleshooting abilities.
• Must have basic computer skills.

• Collect raw material sample from truck and conduct analysis to ensure compliance with set standards.
• Conduct coding checks on finished goods and ensure that parameters such as dates, expiry dates, batch numbers and sealing of packaging materials are in order.
• Conduct hourly analysis on packed product to ensure consistency in product weight and other quality parameters.
• Assess and evacuate samples of products produced during the night shift and note any variations where necessary .
• Assist Quality Assurance Supervisor to carry out other quality control activities.
• Carry out physical examination of the product quality.

• OND in Science related discipline.
• 5 O level credits including English and Mathematics in not more than 2 sittings

• Minimum of 1 year experience. Preferably in a Food and Beverage manufacturing company.

• Must be computer literate Highly numerate
• Communication Skills
• Able to pay attention to details.

• Design and drive the implementation of Total Productive Maintenance best practice master plan with SOPs
• To prepare the steps within 2 years period for the TPM (TOTAL PRODUCTIVE MAINTENANCE) implementation with the necessary actions.
• Establish and monitor the company loss and waste structure and drive continuous improvement projects to constantly reduce the waste.
• Drive 5S and Good housekeeping in the entire Factory by identifying the “specific needs" of each of the sectors of Agbara Pasta, Utilities plant and Warehouse.
• Use TPM  practices to improve production efficiencies.

• B.Sc., HND in Engineering, Physics or Statistics
• Relevant Certifications in TPM and ISO standards.

• Minimum of 7 years Preferably in a Food and Beverage manufacturing company.
