• In charge of online e-commerce business operation and promotion management and order fulfillment

• Responsible for E-commerce (Jumia and Social Network based) business operation.
• Responsible for operation KPI monitoring ( Active user/ Effective Order/ SKU management etc). Evaluate the result and optimize the operation strategy.
• Responsible for the target of E-Commerce business performance
• Responsible for operation framework preparation, operation plan work out and growth hacking implementation.
• Responsible for multiple channel resource cooperation development.

• Insight of existing market & industry situation and trends.
• Collect information of potential customers and competitors.
• Regular customer visit in the market to address the requirement and promote the sales target accomplishment by applying professional product knowledge and sale skills.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive client portfolio to boost long term cooperation and business intelligence.

• Excellent oral communication
• Ability to work and deliver under pressure. Result oriented.
• Strong work ethic
• Minimal qualifications: OND

• Fix salary: N45,000 - N50,000/month
• Sales based Commission in weekly basis
• KPI based Bonus in monthly basis
