The company is dedicated for years to the R&D and manufacture of machinery and electric products including power machinery, home appliances, electronic and electric products as well as auto parts. With markets in over 100 countries and regions around the globe, it is one of the largest enterprises in China for small-type power machinery products and home appliances. We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Receptionist/ Customer Service Representative Location: Enugu Job Descriptions

  • Manage large amounts of incoming calls
  • keep records of customer's interaction,process,customer's accounts and file documents.
  • Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Give customers information about products and service
  • Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Handle customer's complaints ,provide appropriate solutions,alternatives and follow up to ensure resolution
Job Requirements
  • B.Sc/HND in Mass communication and other relevant course of study
  • Proficient in English Oral and Written
  • Good Presentation skills
  • Must be smart and very resourcesful
  • Must be resident in Onitsha
  • Must have at least 2-3 years experience in customer service
  • Must be computer literate
  • Open to Female only
