We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: General Support Intern
- Making and receiving client calls with respect to resolving client issues and passing important information across to them, when necessary
- Responding to client tickets with the sole purpose of giving proper and explanatory information regarding their inquiries, escalating tickets to appropriate support team members or departments when needed, and resolving general and level-1 technical issues as reported by the clients.
- Receiving client chats, with respect to responding to their inquires, domain issues or complaints accordingly.
- Any other official tasks assigned you by the management or Head of Department.
