We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Customer Support and Sales Officer Location: Lagos Requirements

Education: HND, B.Sc

Experience:

1-2 years experience in customer support role.
A background in agriculture will be an added bonus.
A female is preferred for this position.

Skills:

Ability to use Microsoft office suite
Candidate must have good communication skills
Ability to ‘read’ customers
Multi-tasking skills

Responsibilities

Communicating with clients and customers about company's products and services.
Make frequent client calls.
Inform management about complex client issues and resolutions.
Maintain high level of professionalism and competence in every client interaction.
