We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor Location: Imo Job Description

Carry out Daily Maintenance Checks on the Machines.
Attend/Fix breakdowns on the Machines.
Keep all the machines in good operational condition
Ensures machine breakdown downtime is less than 10%
Prepares Annual Maintenance for the machine
Document every Maintenance (Daily/Weekly/Monthly) done for record purpose
Zero tolerance to stock out of spares in the Production Store.
Frequent routine inspection/observation checks on the equipment/machine.
Update Machine History Cards on Maintenance
Prepare Job Orders/schedule for machine repairs.
Make spare parts requisition to supervisor.
Evaluate machine repairs cost versus budget cost

Job Requirements

B.Sc/HND in Mechanical Engineering minimum of 2:2
2-3 years experience in Production Machine maintenance
Smart, Intelligent and Calculative.
