• We are building a formidable team of Software Developers and we are on the lookout for critical thinkers who are passionate about exciting projects in Software Development, to join our team
• In this role, they will be responsible for providing technical support to both internal and external clients of Wootlab as well as ensuring that the Company's solutions are continually innovated to offer the best level of service to its clients.

• Provide application and administrative support for solutions that are in live production by systems upgrade and bug resolution.
• Develop and manage software application development on required platforms (Linux, Windows, PHP, Java, C#, SQL, MySQL, HTML, Web, Desktop and Mobile device) with state of the art secure frameworks - OS, networks.
• Produce a detailed functional design document to match customer requirements as well as process designs and training documentations.
• Collaborate with other programmers to design and implement features.
• Quickly produce well-organized, optimized, and documented source code
• Debug existing source code and polish feature sets.
• Contribute to technical design documentation.

• Extensive technical problem-solving abilities with capacity systems integrations, customizations and configurations
• Experience delivering public-cloud based application architectures and solutions.

• Golang, C#/ASP.Net, JavaScript.
• Proficiency in modern databases with experience in both SQL and NoSQL Databases
• Possess a deep understanding of database performance.
• Passionate about best practices in software engineering
• Experience in web application development - from solid API design and development to seamless web page implementation.
• Unafraid to communicate what’s working and what needs to change.
• Familiarity with JavaScript and a deep understanding of how the browser and HTTP protocol works.
• Advocate of automated testing and Test-Driven Development
• Strong UI engineering skills and proficiency in at least of React, Vue or Angular
• DevOps skill, understanding of the build pipeline and Ability to use Docker, Anisible
• Understanding of AWS architecture Elastic Compute cloud and ability to setup VPC and Auto Scaling cloud architecture
• Bachelor's Degree in any field.

• We are building a vibrant team of Software Engineers at Wootlab and will be needing a technical and business expert to lead this team as Senior Software Engineer.
• Our choice candidate for this role will be responsible for managing and training a group of developers as well as ensuring that the organization’s technology fully serves its business strategy.

• We are on the lookout for a result-oriented candidate, who is a self-starter, to join our vibrant team as a Business Development Manager.
• S(he) will be responsible for driving our business goals generating and maintaining a pipeline of revenue streams through in-depth market research & analysis; product innovation; negotiating & closing new business relationships; managing & retaining existing clients.

• Help to manage the overall relationship with key regional partners
• Evaluate, negotiate, and close key deals that help the organization achieve its strategic initiatives
• Represent the Organization at meetings with executives from other companies
• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and client satisfaction
• Build client engagement by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business deals/relationships.
• Conduct research to identify new markets and strategies to meet the targeted prospects (Federal and state government, private sectors and individuals).
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and present proposals for projects.

• 5 years’ experience in partnerships, product management, or product marketing in an Internet or technology startup environment
• Experience working in the Nigerian technology Ecosystem
• Facility for identifying key strategic concerns quickly and driving internal stakeholders to a consensus and experience working in large, global software organizations
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to develop strong working relationships both inside and outside the Organization
• Deep knowledge of online business models and Internet/consumer technology
• Proven track record doing deals, including comfort with the legal aspects of negotiations
• Experience successfully navigating a fast-paced, highly ambiguous start-up environment.
