  • We currently seek new hands to join our team to take on new frontiers. Our structure accommodates a legal service, which is needing new Legal Associates.
Qualifications/Experience
  • Graduated from the Nigerian Law School at least 1 year ago
  • Must live in Abuja or be ready to relocate at own costs
  • Must be open to traveling on short notice as the job may demand
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skill
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Takes initiative and is resilient.
  • Required Experience: At least 1 year POST-CALL.
  Job Title: Project Manager Location: Abuja Detail
  • Project Manager (will double as Facility Manager too).
Responsibilities
  • Thorough supervision and effective execution of projects across the group
  • Deliver effective presentation on the total value of the contract portfolio and company services
  • Maintain contact with existing clients through approved channels
  • Continually seek market intelligence for new leads and clients’ requirements
  • Cultivate relationship with team members
  • Engage in several field/site visit with team members
  • Attend internal/external meetings and exhibitions as required
  • Liaise with Principal Partner on all projects and deliverables
Qualification and Requirements
  • A good degree in related discipline and from a reputable university
  • An advanced relevant degree/ qualification will be an added advantage
  • Must live in Abuja or be ready to relocate at own costs
  • Must be open to traveling on short notice as the job may demand
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent relationship building skill
  • Thorough working knowledge of MS Office suite
  • Excellent driving skill with valid drivers licence
  • Managerial skill

  • Ability to communicate in fluently in Hausa (not mandatory but it is an advantage).
  • Required Experience: 5-7 years of relevant experience.
Other Qualifications:
  • Candidate must understand Project Management thoroughly. Membership of PMI (and being a PMP) will be added advantage.

  • Generate sales
  • Contact customers
  • Analyse and investigate the needs of the customer and proffer solution by tactfully offering our products
  • Ensure adherence of terms and conditions of sales
  • Arrange appointments with project team (Architects, Quantity
  • Surveyors, Project Manager, etc.)
  • Make presentations to the project staff and to all the necessary personnel related to the sector to understand customer challenges
  • Build and maintain positive connections and working relationships with project team and also with the supporting administration
  • Develop customer base.
Qualification/Experience
  • The ideal candidate must be particularly interested in selling. Any degree is acceptable.
  • Candidate must demonstrate proof that he/she is able to deliver sales consistently.
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in similar role
