• A BA/BSc degree in the relevant subject plus a postgraduate diploma in Deducation (PGDE) or its equivalent.
• A higher degree in the relevant subject is an added advantage.
• IGCSE certification is an added advantage.
• Must have minimum of 5 years teaching experience in a good school.
• Computer literacy and evidence of use of ICT to support literacy.

• Must be passionate about the job with an ability to forge good relationships with students and create a relationship of mutual trust.
• Ability to plan and teach good lessons and ensure students achieve high standards
• Good listening, communication and organizational skills.
• Thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and a willingness to follow the schools’ policies and procedures

• Experience of assessment and tracking students’ progress

• Complete store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results
• Maintain store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
• Maintain store staff job results by coaching, counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring and appraising job results
• Prepare annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions
• Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and actual customers and other persons in a position to understand service requirements

• The Procurement Manager’s duty is to discover the best ways to cut procurement expenses, so that the company can invest in growth and people.

• Devise and use fruitful sourcing strategies
• Discover profitable suppliers and initiate business and organization partnerships

• School bus drivers must be attentive to traffic and weather conditions while staying on schedule and ensuring the safety of passengers.
• They must ensure that their vehicles are operating properly each day by testing brakes, tires and other components.
• Drivers are also responsible for maintaining a safe environment within the bus by enforcing rules of conduct and responding to emergencies.
• They must keep track of the amount of fuel used, number of students transported and miles driven, which they typically report to supervisors each week.
