• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them
• Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relation ships
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
• Forward upselling and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team
• Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes
• Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships
• Gain solid knowledge of competitors

• Fresh graduate of management related discipline.
• BSc/BA in Business Administration or similar fields.

• Receives training and performs duties in several departments such as Finance, Client Services, Sales, Operations, Healthcare Data Solutions and IT.
• Learns line and staff functions, operations, management viewpoints and company policies and practices that affect each phase of business.
• Sets performance goals and objectives with upper management.
• Monitors performance progress with management and key trainers.
• Observes experienced workers to acquire knowledge of methods, procedures, and standards required for performance of departmental duties.
• Receives training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transfer-ability between departments and to provide greater promotional opportunities.

• Fresh graduate of management related discipline.

• Teaching Science subjects, mathematics, and commercial subjects.

• B.Ed in any of the subjects listed above.
