Quantity Surveyor Job Vacancy in a Leading Bank

A leading Bank in Nigeria is currently recruiting suitably  qualified candidate to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Nigeria Job Description

  • The successful candidates who should be self-motivated and result oriented will work closely with other Architects, Quantity Surveyors, Engineers and Contractors who are responsible for designs, supervision of construction and post-occupation maintenance of buildings and infrastructure to provide the highest level of project outcomes.
Qualification/Experience
  • A minimum of B.Sc. degree in Quantity Surveying (2:1).
  • Knowledge of the use of Excel, MS-Words, MS-Project, etc is an added advantage
  • Additional qualifications in Project / Construction Management is an added advantage
  • 10- 15 years relevant industry experience either with a professional practicing firm or a reputable construction company.
  • Full membership of Nigerian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (NIQS).
  • Registration with Quantity Surveyors Registration Board of Nigeria (QSRBN) is an added advantage
