Teknokleen Group Limited is in business of Industrial, Commercial and Domestic Cleaning Services, combining proactive and tailor-made cleaning schedule with up-to-date technologies. We are recruiting to fill the position of: Job Title: Business Manager Location: Lagos Key Result Areas Operations management:

Ensure quality execution of every assigned jobs- retainership/one off that guarantee customer satisfaction
Monitor strict adherence to SOP and standards of cleanliness and other services
Coordinate all operations activities effectively to meet customer /company expectations

Quality assurance:

Regular assessment of all locations /site performance

Customer relationship management:

Regular interface with clients by visits and phone calls
Prevent as much as possible any clients complaints and resolve issues as they arise

Materials management:

Collect approved site materials from procurement and admin.

Operational staff management:

Staff kitting and dressing must meet accepted company standard
Ensure all staff meet the resumption and closing time schedule by signing off weekly on the attendance register on each site

Operational asset management:

Equipment must be handled in a safe manner before and after usage
Proper care and maintenance of equipment

Requirements

Minimum of first degree or HND in any field
Experience in a cleaning or building service related company is an advantage.
