We are recruiting to fill the vacant position below: Job Title: Project Manager/ Engineer Location: Lagos Job Field: Building and Construction Project Supervision/Management. Responsibilities

Pre start process including review of initial site appraisals, site layout, site preparation and detailing
Preparation of site programmes and organisation
Co-ordination and supervision and workers deployment
On site work planning and organisation, site instructions and site inspections, work certification
On site workers Management
Provide feedback on designs and process standardisation including design of process, procedure and tools, determination of labour resource requirement
Review of designs, drawing and contracts and feedback on design implementation and buildability.

Job Requirements

Experience: 7 years Construction experience
Qualification: Degree in any of the Building and Construction Profession. construction/Project Management experience shall be added advantage
