Architectural Structures was established in 1999, drawing on a wealth of foreign and local experiences. The work portfolio dates back to 1987 when the founding principal of Architectural Structures co-founded Mode Nigeria Limited.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Accountant Location: Lagos

Job Description

Liaising with and providing relevant information to Regulators and External Audit
Maintenance of cash book.
Maintenance of account receivableReconciliation and follow-up on all trade debtors regularly and ensuring prompt receipts of payment.
Bank Reconciliation.
Maintenance of account payableProcessing all payments to creditors and vendors.
We are looking to recruit an Accountant who would handle office budgets, staff payroll, and overall finances.
Ensure all financial transactions are captured on the SAP accounting software. -
Payroll Management.
Management of tax and other statutory compliance issues.
Preparation and presentation of monthly financial statements.

Qualifications

Must be computer literate, have good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and at least two accounting software (working knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage).
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Preferably female
Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field.
At least 1 year work experience
