Fadac Resources and Services - Our client is a well-established Group company located in Ogun (Sango Ota) State, Nigeria.
Due to expansion, they are in need of:
   
Job Title: ERP Support Officer Location: Ogun Job Type: Full time Industry: Manufacturing
Job Responsibilities
  • Trouble shoot implementation related issues
  • Ensure timely support is provided
  • Escalate the issue immediately to the reporting Manager if not solved within stipulated period of time
  • MIS reports analysis
  • Consolidation of reports (group companies) analysis
  • Working with full diligence to support ERP.
Job Requirements
  • HND / Graduate in Accounts or IT (computers).
  • 5 years of industrial experience in any ERP software in Finance, Sales, Inventory modules, preferably in any type of manufacturing industry.
  • Full knowledge of the various functions in manufacturing industry
  • Analytical Skills
  • Must be a go getter.
  • Communication & Organisational skills
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills
  • Must adapt self to dynamic profiles of users
  • Limited to specific modules but ready to get trained on all modules in ERP and provide support accordingly.
