We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Head of Accounts and Finance Ref: ICT-HAF-26 Location: Lagos

Job Description The successful candidate will have responsibility for the financial control and reporting functions of the company, as well as the following functions:

Treasury
Financial Management
Tax Management and
Investment Management.

Job Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all daily and periodical operations of the Accounts and Finance Department.
Ensures the continued integrity of the Company’s cash, receivables, and payables management activities.
Ensure all accounting activities in the company comply with global accounting and audit standards.
Liaise and support external auditors and tax consultants of the company on statutory audit and tax matters respectively.
Provide leadership and technical support to all team members of the Department.
Develops effective financial systems to facilitate management decision-making.
Oversees budgeting, budgetary review, financial controls, reporting and other financial management processes.

Requirements (Academic & Professional Qualifications, Experience)

First Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or relevant field.
Minimum of Twelve (12) years cognate experience in finance and accounting functions in an ICT or related industry.
Professional Qualification Required (e.g. ACA, ACCA, CFA/CPA)
MBA / M.Sc an added advantage.
