We are recruiting to fill the position below:
Job Title: Senior Application Developer
Location: Lagos
Key Role
- Successful candidate will work to develop innovative business solutions using the Microsoft .Net platform or any other appropriate technologies.
Principal Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, test, and deploy custom solutions.
- Utilize industry standards to develop web and desktop solutions to support business operations.
- This developer will participate in enterprise development projects.
- Participate in requirements gathering sessions.
- Work with users/stakeholders to determine functional requirements and specifications.
Requirements
- A minimum of 4 years’ post qualification experience in administering and supporting SQL and Web applications, with a proven record of success. Telecoms experience will be an added advantage.
- The job holder must have a Bachelor's Degree 2nd Class Honors (Upper division) in Engineering related discipline or any other Computer related field.
Technical Knowledge:
- Development Methodologies: OOP, Unit Testing. Web Services (SOAP, WSDL, UDDI, REST)
- Experience with XML, XSLT, Ajax, Microsoft Application Blocks, and semantic web technologies a plus.
- Experience developing mobile applications is an added advantage.
- Experience with using git, or other solutions for Source control
- Experience with using features of Amazon AWS and or Microsoft Azure
- Strong in the following technologies: ASP.Net (C# and VB.NET), MVC, Razor, HTML, CSS, WCF, CSS/Bootstrap, SQL Server, SSRS, SSIS, Windows Server, .NET/C#VB.NET, JavaScript/JavaScript Frameworks (jQuery and Knockout), HTML5, LINQ, AJAX, UI/UX Design, Entity Framework and IIS.
- 3-5 years of developing with SQL
- Experience with using IDEs Visual Studio 2012+, Eclipse or any equivalent
- Testing using NUnit, XUnit or any equivalent
- Experience with using tools such as nuget, npm, gulp, grunt.
- SQL Server 2008/2012 (T-SQL, Performance Tuning, DTS) or Oracle (PL/SQL),
- Expertise within the .NET Framework is important as well as full exposure to the software development life cycle.
- Thorough understanding of multi-tiered applications.
- Database Development: SQL Server w/ Stored Procedures.
Skills and Competencies:
- Ability to work both as part of a team and autonomously
- Ability to code from technical specifications
- Experience with development/customization of Microsoft Dynamics CRM is an added advantage.
- Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Microservices
- REST and SOAP services
- Design Patterns such as Dependency Injection (DI) and Model-View-* (MVC/MVP/MVVM)
- Object Oriented Programming (OOP)
- Entity-Relationship (ER) modeling and database design
- Test Driven Development (TDD) and testing patterns
- Identity and Access Management (SAML/OAuth/WSFed)
- 3+ years’ experience developing systems using .NET, C#, ASP.NET
- Deep understanding of web services and integration with third-party systems
- Strong oral and written communication skills

Job Title: Software Developer (Front-end)
Location: Lagos

- Minimum of 2 years’ experience working as a software developer with particular interest in frontend development.
- Intermediate level experience working with any frontend framework – Angular, Vue.js or React in production is an added advantage.
- Experience working with technologies such as CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and JavaScript is required.

Job Title: Graphic Artist / Designer
Location: Lagos
Key Roles
- Shall be responsible for creating accurate costing and delivering programs within budgets.
- Stay current on industry trends.
- Design and produce marketing communications (print and digital) pieces for Swift Networks and its clientele
- Collaborate with creative team, internal account teams and clients to develop creative solutions and then translate those solutions through a variety of channels.
Key Accountabilities
- Design of marketing communication pieces including overall theme development, individual piece designs, etc.
- Manage production of all print pieces from conception to completion
- Deliver the communication package within the agreed upon budget and timeline
- Maintain quality check on all pieces.
- Creatively seek out new products and maintain cutting edge industry knowledge.
- Attend press check on all pieces.
- Proactively recommend creative communications for marketing proposals
- Work with internal business partners to ensure that a creative theme is included throughout all presale proposals.
- Attend meetings as assigned.
Requirements
- The job holder must have a Bachelor's Degree 2nd Class honours (Upper division) from a reputable University.
- The candidate must possess 2 years’ design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.
Knowledge, Skills and Competencies:
- Possess strong conceptual skills, high level sense of design, layout and typography, broad thinker who is able to offer a variety of design solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Expert knowledge in graphic production process.
- Strong creative, organizational, problem solving and time-management skills.
- Adaptable and quick learner. Must be able to apply style guides creatively while upholding brand identity for Swift Networks.
- Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite. Experience with HTML and motion graphics a plus.
- Ability to handle projects from start to finish with minimal supervision.
