Duties and Responsibilities
  • Drive the actualization of revenue targets and budgets;

Job Title: Team Lead, Data Center Management Location: Lagos
Job Objective
  • To oversee an effective data center and telecommunication management framework that delivers dependable and efficient support to the banks IT infrastructure.
Accountabilities
  • Ensure the availability of the banks contact center and voice communication network.
  • Supervise and ensure standard compliance procedures are strictly followed
  • Evaluate and research new technologies that increase productivity and reduce cost.
  • Project management of IT infrastructure deployment for new branches and branch network.
