Job Title: Logistics Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- We are looking for candidates who will oversee the movement, distribution of packaging materials and finished goods.
Job Details
- Monitor and manage cost associated with delivery
- Interact and mange 3PL (third-party logistics partners).
- He is responsible for monitoring the vehicles in the company's fleet.
- He supervises and monitors the activities of the in-house mechanic
- He will be responsible drawing weekly rosters and shifts for the drivers.
- He is responsible for issuing picking list for drivers via SYSPRO
- He is responsible for liaising with and supervising 3PLs
- Oversees the movement, distribution of packaging materials and finished goods.
- Manage and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles
- Manage all logistics staff which include loaders, drivers, warehouse supervisors and forklift operators
- Arrange for regular O.J.Ts (on the job training) on materials handling for warehouse staff and defensive driving techniques for the drivers.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders in various departments such as production, procurement, Customs, etc for seamless operations and synergy.
Requirements
- An MBA and a professional certificate will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and leadership skills.
- 10 years' experience in a similar role
- B.Sc Degree in Science / Social Science
Job Title: Dispatch Supervisor for Finished Goods
Location: Lagos
Job Description
- Our client is seeking to recruit a suitable fit for Dispatch Supervisor for Finished Goods role to direct and coordinate the activities/operations of the department.
Job Details
- He will keep daily records of all movement of stock in and out of the warehouse.
- He is responsible for receiving stock from production.
- He is responsible for receiving stock defective stock from trade, filing the paperwork and transferring said stock to production for rework.
- He will be responsible for daily stock taking.
- He will be responsible for filling stock request/sales invoice by allotting and confirming the requested stock to be delivered
Requirements
- An MBA and a professional certificate will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and leadership skills.
- 10 years experience in a similar role
- B.Sc Degree in Science / Social Science
Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Lagos
Job Details
- He is responsible for ensuring FIFO is strictly adhered to.
- He will be responsible for all POS materials.
- He will be responsible for receiving returns from sales as well as products for re-work and liaise with quality for re-work.
- He is responsible for inspecting and confirming goods being brought into the warehouse before G.R.Ns are raised.
- He is responsible for liaising with quality for goods received and collection of certificates of acceptance.
- He will be responsible for the orderliness and cleanliness (both inside and outside) of the warehouse
- He will be responsible monitoring daily stock levels of both raw materials and finished goods
- He will be responsible for interacting with key stakeholders (customs, shipping agent, etc) for both receiving imported goods/raw materials and exporting finished goods
- He will be responsible drawing weekly rosters and allotting roles/shifts
Requirements
- An MBA and a professional certificate will be an added advantage
- Good analytical and leadership skills.
- 10 years' experience in a similar role
- B.Sc in Science / Social Science
