Job Title: Operations Supervisor   Location: Lagos Job Type: Full time
Key Responsibilities
  • Responsible for managing customers
  • Responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance e.g tax
  • Supervise all staff
  • Document all new orders
  • Hold staff meetings
  • Ensure staff compliance with company’s policies
  • Supervise the operations of the store
  • Responsible for managing employees
  • Schedule appointments for clients
  • Respond to all enquiries via phone and email
  • Manage the facility
  • Work with the production manager to monitor store inventory
Educational Qualification
  • B.Sc in any related discipline
  • Experience: 1-2 years experience as an operations supervisor/manager is required
Skills and Abilities:
  • The ideal candidate must have strong leadership skills and the ability to manage people
  • Highly analytical with a drive for numbers
  • Good networking, prospecting and closing skills
  • High level of professionalism
  • Exceptional leadership skills
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Result-oriented team player with exceptional motivation and interpersonal skills.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work in a fast pace environment
  • High proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Must be able to prepare management reports and correspondence
  • Good initiative, time and stress management skills
Work Conditions
  • May be required to work overtime.
Remuneration
  • N80,000 / month
