We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Relationship Manager Location: Lagos

Job Responsibilities

Sourcing of customers to access the bank’s products
Champion deposit mobilization
Identify target markets and sales tactics to improve product offerings
Candidate must be able to coordinate its team to achieve set targets
Establish and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Booking of quality loans for the bank and ensuring repayment of same

Qualification

A minimum of B.Sc. / HND in any discipline

Relevant Skills:

Excellent analytical skills
Results-driven and attention to details
Communication proficiencies
Excellent negotiation skills

Experience:

Candidate must have a minimum of 2 years experience with a proven record as a salesperson(preferably in the Microfinance Sector)
Must have basic knowledge of Credit / Risk Analysis
