A young and dynamic Logistics company located in Lagos State is currently recruiting suitably qualified candidates to fill the position below:

Job Title: Supply Chain Executive Location: Lagos

Job Description

Responsible for maintaining the quality of inventory being held by providing assessment of aging, non-moving and shelf life of stocks to the decision makers.
Responsible for ensuring proactive planning is in place taking into consideration all the supply constraints.
Maintain strong communication channels and information flow with internal and external contacts.
Coordination of all supply chain activities throughout the stages of the business deliverable.
Manage the deliverables of all activities and meet the expected KPIs for all activities
Establish processes to ensure that all out of stocks and opportunity losses are completely eliminated by better and improved planning processes.

Requirements

Good understanding of production/supply environment.
Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain / Demand operations
A good working knowledge of MS Office – Excel is essential
Knowledge in forecasting, procurement and planning.
Strong knowledge of demand planning process with an understanding of their
financial and operational impacts.
Ability to lead cross-functionally.
Collaborative skills in resolving inventory variances.
Preferably a Post Graduate in any Supply Chain or with equivalent qualification
Track record of delivering superior results.
Experience using ERP statistical software packages
2+ years related experience in Demand Planning and Procurement
Experience in managing end-of-life cycle and absolute inventory.
