Job Description

Ensure customers satisfaction before, during and after product delivery.
Give weekly report on business activities.
Obtain letter of engagement from a new client.
Obtain contract agreement that is dully signed by the client.
Carry out any other assignment that may be directed by Business Development Manager and the Managing Director
Source for New business for the company.
Manage and develop existing business.
Prepare contact report on existing business when the need arise
Manage client relationship
Ensure that existing clients are getting value for their money.

Requirements

The applicant must live in Ibadan.
Five years experience is added advantage.

Job Title: Accounting Officer Location: Lagos

Job Description

Preparation of payroll for guards and staff.
Preparation of salary payment report.
Daily preparation of debtors records.
Submission of necessary report as at when due: peachres peachtree accounting Experience.
Invoicing - invoice preparation - update invoice register, receipts of acknowledgement copies, updates of clients’ ledger and filling of all clients’ invoices, letters, photocopy of cheques etc. to their respective files in chronological order
Liaise with Operation/client for cheque collection and also for shortfall in cheque received.
Maintaining guards’ strength register.

Reports:

Profitability report - daily
Payroll - 2nd day of the month
Debtors record - daily.
Guards’ strength report. Monthly and YTD - Last day of the month.
Billings report. Monthly and cumulative - Last day of the month.
Salaries paid for the month.

Requirements

The applicant must know how use peachtree
Two years experience is a added advantage.

Job Title: Assistant Training Manager Location: Lagos

Requirement
