Job Description
  • We are currently looking for a Procurement Associate. She/he will be in charge of purchases, domestics and international shipments for the organisation.
Responsibilities
  • Update procurement standard operating procedure in compliance with all State and Federal laws, executive orders and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders within the team to ensure.
  • Lead continuous Improvement Initiatives to improve procurement and logistics processes.
  • Promotes teamwork and communication to encourage a collaborative and customer-centric work environment among internal and external customers.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate management reports and analysis - highlighting relevant trends are available and maintained - to enhance data-driven decision-making within the team.
  • Performs other duties and special projects, as assigned.
  • Manage domestic and international shipments for both Inbound and Outbound Carriers, to the highest degree of cost effectiveness and reliability.
  • Lead a skilled team to ensure standards of purchase are met - in line with business expectations -- effectively assigning projects and monitoring progress of the team.
  • Builds, develops, measures and coaches members of the team to develop valuable skills and behaviors to enhance performance. Sets staff goals and objectives and reviews staff semi-annually and annually against individual plans. Develops and executes strategies to meet the training needs and succession plan for team.

Job Title: Product Designer Location: Onikan, Lagos
Job Description
  • She/he will lead the discovery, definition, and execution of digital initiatives within our Product team.
  • In this role, the product designer will work side-by-side with product management, research, and engineering to drive discovery, define requirements, explore innovative and human-centric solutions, and deliver improvements to the acquisition funnel and member experience.
  • As a product designer, you'll create a range of items and you might work on new products or improve existing ones, and use your understanding of technology methods to improve the design and usability of a product.
  • The work involves Designing, modeling, prototyping and testing.
Key Responsibilities
  • Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful and valuable for our partners and constituents.
  • Assist your product manager in shaping requirements, as well as planning, prioritizing, and tracking your design work.
  • Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant.
  • Contribute to high-level strategic decisions with the rest of the product and executive teams.
  • Give and solicit feedback from other designers in order to continually raise our bar for quality.

Requirements
  • 3 - 5+ years of professional design experience.

  • Experience with front-end programming is an added advantage.
   
Job Title: Quality Assurance Tester Location: Onikan, Lagos.
Job Descriptions
  • The position will oversee title test planning, organization, coverage, execution, staffing and communication.
  • Attention to detail is a critical requirement of the role, as is a highly communicative, amicable and mature demeanor in supporting the development team.
  • We are looking for a QA Tester for our client. She/he will assist in the development testing of projects.
  • The QA Tester is responsible for the direct operational test coverage administration of their assigned projects.
Key Responsibilities
  • Primary ownerships in operational training, development, performance management and delegation to assigned Senior Test Analysts and Testers.
  • Perform validation and exploratory development test coverage using different testing techniques on assigned projects.
  • Perform technical analysis of underlying code and data to identify and resolve core causes of technical issues.
  • Perform direct technical support of build pipeline and advanced tools to the development team.
  • Perform issue reporting, research, analysis, confirmation and support resolution on assigned projects.
  • Perform build deployment, scheduling and reporting.
  • Collaborate work across disciplines within the development team to help drive project to completion.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the project design and scheduling changes to support QA test effectiveness, focus and reporting.
  • You will be performing thorough testing of applications.
  • Executing manual test cases, for creating pre-go live test documentation, and for participating in the developmentof automated test scenarios.
  • Develop, implement and assign master test plans and incorporate them into the software testing process.
  • Primary ownership, administration and communication of all QA related project data and associated risks for all assigned projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Integrate the data with a Streaming Platform like Kafka, this work is done together with other developers.

  • Extract insights from data that helps in model building.
  • Visualize the aggregated data on Tableau or qlikview or any open data visualization tool.
