Job Title: Business Development Manager Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • The candidate will be responsible for generating both local and international business partnerships and identifying opportunities for AGI MEDIA.
  • Your core responsibility will be to target brands/businesses and use a consultative approach to recommend solutions; other enhanced services and to successfully negotiate and close new business.
  • We are seeking to hire an assertive, polished and high-level business development manager with extreme networking capabilities and established contacts in various industries, willing to leverage on these relationships for the development of the organization.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Identifying and mapping business strengths and customer needs
  • Researching business opportunities and viable income streams
  • Following industry trends locally and internationally
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts
  • Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
  • Devising creative and effective sales and business development approaches to negotiate and close deals.
  • Developing growth strategies and plans to prospective clients
  • Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
  • Identify new opportunities and Increase client base
  • Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition
  • Writing business proposals
  • Negotiating with stakeholders
