We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Call Centre Executive (Inbound & Outbound) Location: Lagos

Job Description

Resolve customer complaints in a calm and professional manner
Maintain professional demeanour in the resolution of issues at all times
Place and receive calls from customers
Ensure timely resolution of customer challenges regarding products/services

Requirements Education / Experience:

A minimum of one year experience in call centre set-up
Experience in receiving and making inbound & outbound calls to customers.
B.Sc / HND in any discipline
