We are recruiting to fill the position below:   Job Title: Civil Engineer Location: Lagos
Jobs Summary / Responsibilities
  • Assessing potential risks, materials and costs
  • Handle over the resulting structures and services for use
  • Monitor progress and compile reports in project status)
  • Managing, designing, developing, creating and maintaining construction projects
  • Conducting on-site investigations and analyzing data
  • Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical specifications.
Qualifications / Experience
  • 2-5 years of proven working experience in civil engineering
  • BSc / HND in Civil Engineering.
Skills / Competence:
  • License of professional engineer
  • Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as AutoCAD,Civil 3D or similar.
  • License of professional engineer.
  • Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc
  • Project management and supervision skills
   
Job Title: Administrative Officer Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Job Summary / Responsibilities
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Preparing regular financial and administrative reports
  • Maintain and update company databases
  • Organize a filing system for important and confidential company documents
  • Answer queries by employees and clients
  • Update office policies as needed
  • Prepare reports and presentations with statistical data, as assigned.
Qualification / Experience
  • Minimum of HND / B.Sc in related field
  • 3-4 years of experience as an Administrative Officer or similar role in a Freight / Logistic Sector
Skills / Competence:
  • Strong organization skills with a problem-solving attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Solid knowledge of office procedures
  • Experience with office management software like MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, specifically)
Remuneration
  • N100,000 - N140,000 monthly.
     
Job Title: Office Clerk Location: Mainland, Lagos
Jobs Summary / Responsibilities
  • Sort and distribute incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail (envelopes, packages, etc.)
  • Utilize office appliances such as photocopier, printers etc. and computers for word processing, spreadsheet creation etc.
  • Undertake basic bookkeeping tasks and issue invoices, checks etc.
  • Monitor stocks of office supplies (paper clips, stationery etc.) and report when there are shortages
  • Maintain files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
  • Perform other office duties as assigned
Qualification / Experience
  • A fast typist with knowledge in stenography and taking dictations
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Very good organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proven experience as office clerk or other clerical position
  • Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles
  • Working knowledge of office devices and processes
     
Job Title: Head, Business Development Executive Location: Lagos
Job Summary / Responsibilities
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople
  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Qualification / Experience
  • Must be female
  • Must be able to driver with valid license.
  • HND / OND related / relevant field
  • 4-5 years experience in Freight and Logistic Sector
Skill / Competence
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Customer service attitude.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Professional attitude and appearance
Remuneration
  • N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
