Job Title: Call Center and Business Development Manager Location: Lagos

Roles

Manage our call centre across, develop ideas for the organization.
Open and close business deals for the company.
Secure contract cost minimization and maximization of profit for the firm.
Liaise with 3rd parties.
Manage internal and outsource call centres.
Represent the company in external affairs, government agencies, business clients, meetings.
Report directly to the H.R and Operations Director.

Qualification

HND / B.Sc, Masters and other qualification will be an additional advantage.

Skills:

Communication skills, high-level negotiation skills, customer service skills
Must be proficient in excel, Microsoft and PowerPoint, presentation skills
Must be able to work under pressure, target driven
Must be a team player, self-driven and highly motivated and
Must have a good command of English language.

Salary Range

N80,000 - N150,000 monthly (base on experience and negotiation) plus commission.
