We are recruiting to fill the positions below:   Job Title: Sales Representative Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Provide feedback to appropriate parties regarding, pricing, competition and other market observationsExploits changing market opportunities and responds to competitor strategies.
  • Provides feedback to the Marketing Department and offers recommendations regarding marketing strategies, materials and opportunities
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interest, competitive activities and potentials for new products and services
  • Represents Company at various events, organizations and associations for the purpose of building relationships that lead to new businessActs in capacity of Company representative and develops community ties to enhance public image and brand of the CompanyMaintains positive relations with other companies in the industry and related industries.
  • Participates in various industry associations to increase knowledge of marketplace, sales opportunities, the competition, selling techniques and best practices.
Qualifications We are in need of a sales representative with the following qualifications:
  • A commitment to excellent customer service.
  • Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
  • 2+ years working experience
  • A female is preferable for this position"
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers
  • Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
     
Job Title: Business Development Officer Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Develop creative strategies to retain the clients including interviewing them to take their feedback and incorporate it into the growth plan.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge about business development practices, marketing activities, prospective clients and industry trends.
  • Maintain a knowledge repository of clients, referrals, prospects and presentations.
  • Develop strong customer relationships in order to generate high volume of prospective clients.
  • Assist in company’s branding and media communication activities such as press releases, advertisements, marketing collaterals, and web site.
  • Explain prospective clients about the advantages of the products or services offered and follow up with them in order to close the business deals.
  • Respond to the client queries regarding the products in a timely fashion.
  • Develop business proposals for new and existing customers.
Requirements We are in need of a Business Development Officer with the following qualifications:
