Job Title: System Administrator
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- To provide troubleshooting and consulting support for the management of IBEDC’s Directory Services technologies
Responsibilities
- Engineers assess and review future directory architecture solutions, 3rd party directory management tools/applications and implement life cycle maintenance processes
- Runs operations of the Directory Services infrastructure and supports problem-solving for directories, applications, and other solutions owned by the Directory Services team - leads the problem management for recurrent or complex issues
- Manages Active Directory 2008/2012infrastructure for the Enterprise - leads the design, implementation, and support of a highly available multi-domain directory infrastructure platform
- Maintains and advances IBEDC’s network directory structure to support standards-based directory services
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- A university degree in Computer Science or related fields
Professional Qualifications:
- Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator (MCSA)
- Server+ (CompTIA)
- Oracle Linux System Administrator (Oracle)
Desired Experience:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in Active Directory Architectural Design (deployment and support for medium to large organizations), and Microsoft Exchange Server 2010/2013 (design, deployment and support).

Functional Competence Requirements:
- Deep understanding of Virtualization, Vmware/Hyper-V
- Experience designing and developing PowerShell scripts to provide automation for common tasks relating to Active Directory and Exchange
- Ability to troubleshoot SMTP related issues
- Demonstrated expertise in design and configuration of DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
- Working knowledge of Windows 2008r2 and 2012, 2016 Server administration
- Working knowledge of Windows 7, 8 workstation deployment including the creation and management of Workstation images and related imaging systems
- Ability to work as part of a driven cross-functional Networking, Operations and IT team

Job Title: Network Administrator
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- To design, install and support IBEDC’s computer and communication systems
- To design and install LANs, WANs, Internet and intranet systems, and network segment
Responsibilities
- Maintain stock records for network equipment.
- Identifies user needs and ensures network availability – Ensure Network Capacity and Availability Needs are met.
- Evaluates and modifies system's performance – Network Performance Monitoring and analysis, system load/stress testing, and vendor management.
- Maintains the integrity of the network, server deployment, and security.
- Ensures network connectivity throughout IBEDC’s LAN/WAN infrastructure is at par with technical considerations.
- Manages the network infrastructure environment across the organization.
- Installs and supports LANs, WANs, network segments, Internet, and intranet systems for a robust information and communication networks.
- Installs and maintains network hardware and software
- Evaluates, diagnoses and troubleshoots complex hardware/software issues.
- Determine network and system requirements
- Designs and deploys new network solutions.
Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
Professional Qualification:
- Professional qualification in one of the following Is required: MCP, MCSE, CCNA, CCNP, etc.
Desired Experience:
- At least 5+ years’ experience in IT with a specific focus on architecture development, infrastructure architecture domain, etc.
Behaviour Requirements
Functional Competence Requirements:
- Knowledge of JunOS, Cisco IOS software upgrades/patch management best practices in an Enterprise environment
- Demonstrated ability to apply network management to the entire infrastructure.
- Demonstrated ability to apply detail documentation to ensure service levels are maintained
- Clear knowledge and understanding of infrastructure architecture reference framework and standards
- Capable of working across a broad range of technical domains
- Good knowledge in the following applications & technology – Infrastructure architecture Modelling and Management tools, ERPs and Microsoft technologies, Infrastructure technologies.
Job Title: Business Application Manager
Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Job Description
- To manage the development, configuration, customization, integration, and testing of solutions based on functional and technical specifications to meet quality & performance requirements in line with IBEDC policy.
Responsibilities
- Assists in managing the Enterprise Applications budget and provides input in the administration of related budgets
- Liaises with vendors to ensure optimum services are delivered according to contractual terms
- Coordinates the testing of software programs and applications
- Communicates with network and server administrators, vendors, end-users, and software developers to ensure quality assurance
- Assists in developing policies and procedures to guide the deployment of software applications
- Ensures that the organization has a systematic approach toward examining new technologies and utilizing core IT assets that address both the fundamental business goals and persistent business needs
- Provides management and oversight of multiple complex technology projects (software deployment) - identifies potential points of resistance or confusion and develops specific plans to mitigate or address concerns
Skills Requirements
Educational Qualification:
- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Professional Qualification:
- Professional certifications in Database Administration and Programming is required e.g. ODBA
Desired Experience:
- 5 years & above cognate experience.
Behaviour Requirements
Functional Competence Requirements:
- Good understanding of application technologies and cross-platform integration
- Good knowledge of EA Modelling and Management tools, Oracle Databases, Microsoft technologies, and applications
- Knowledge of advanced principles and practices of software development lifecycle.
- Proven architecture modeling skills
- Good understanding of the application architecture standards and components
- Broad knowledge of development platforms, languages and technologies
- Advanced level knowledge of architecting, planning, testing and deploying solutions
