We are recruiting to fill the positions below:   Job Title: Senior Lead, Solution Design & Integration Location: Nigeria
Job Description
  • Specialises in designing and developing IS solutions for MTNN in accordance with architecture and design specifications.
  • Complete an analysis of the customer's business requirements, as it relates to technical infrastructure design, and ensure traceability of the design to the business requirements.
  • Develop designs of the functional requirements in relation to enterprise business application projects; and including the conceptual, high-level and detailed design specifications for build, implementation and support of this business solution.
  • Organize and coordinate the activities of the systems design team and communicate
  • All business process changes to them and highlighting the implications on design.
  • Liaise with vendors/business team for new solution pilot execution , proof of concept and evaluate the implications of new technology trends.
  • Assess implications of a given design, current and future support model; and prepare an implementation and transition plan.

Experience & Training Education:
  • First degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Experience:
  • Minimum of 5 years working experience while working in Information Technology roles. Such roles include software delivery, software solution architecture and design – using software development Methodologies like Agile, Scrum and Waterfall methods, Prototyping and use of design tools such as Unified Modelling Language (UML).
  • Experience in software solution development and integration- The skill set to include - Java/ J2EE platform, SOA (EST/WSDL/XSD/XL), enterprise system integrations(B2B, B2C ), Web design and development
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering or related discipline from a reputable institution.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications applications - CRM, ERP systems, Billing, SIM Registration, Payment solutions, Call Detail Record Analysis, Mobile application design, Inter connect  and  Value Added ervices (VAS ) solution & cloud computing .
Training:
  • Formal training in system design architecture, technology architecture and systems integration.
  • Specific training on functional business processes
  • Elementary leadership training courses

Job Title: Manager, Talent & Career Management Location: Nigeria
Job Description
  • To lead all the activities of the Career Centre in the provision of Services for the effective operation of the Career Management Solution in MTN Nigeria in line with Company Policy and Strategy on Career Management.
  • Engage, develop and implement Career Management paths (including Specialist Career Track and Graduate Trainee Programme) and associated rules for movement within and outside career paths.
  • Liaise with Group to facilitate and track group led initiatives/interventions including but not limited to inter-opco mobility and global graduate development programme
  • Manage the end to end process of the annual Talent Review cycle as well as succession planning process, framework and plans.
  • Provide advisory and other services and guidance on Talent and Career Management to employees throughout the company.
  • Review, Develop, Implement and Provide Talent and Y’ello Careers Tools for use throughout the Company as well as identify opportunities for Talent and Career Interventions in the Company through consultation with Senior Management.

Job Title: Officer, Communications Design Location: Nigeria
Job Description
  • To implement internet based internal communications strategy for MTNN and provide key  art direction for the ‘look and feel’ of the MTN Nigeria intranet on an ongoing basis
  • Implement seamless design/communications standards online and in print.
  • Provide support for the design of various internal campaigns, manage Internal Communication, IS, Web relationship as well as maintain high level design standards to improve and maintain the concept of “look and feel”.
  • Demonstrate strong capability to work with Adobe Creative Cloud design suite towards the creation/editing of professional videos, animations, illustrations, audio and 3D modelling
  • Identify appropriate digital communication channels to effectively enhance MTN Nigeria’s internal communication function and ultimately improve staff experience.
  • Continuously seek self-professional development to sharpen skills and capabilities in a versatile and evolving digital landscape.
  • Foster active collaboration and relationships with employees across all levels and divisions in line with MTN’s VB and values.

Job Title: Officer Corporate Communications-External (Supervisory) Location: Nigeria
Job Description  
  • Drive deployment of effective engagement and communication strategy targeted at external stakeholders, towards articulating the MTN point of view and eliciting understanding and empathy for the MTN position.
  • Provide high level support in drafting speeches for corporate events, contribute to concept, theme and content for regular corporate publications as well as one-off publications, ensuring high-quality look and feel and engaging, informative content which articulates key business issues.
  • Develop alternative relevant content, aligned to MTN Nigeria’s communication speak with a view to positively influence stakeholder perception of MTN and its activities

  Job Title: Information Technology / Design and Delivery Personnel Location: Nigeria
Job Description
  • Serve the Division’s internal customers and provide solutions to improve the customer experience.
  • Network and build solid relationships with internal units and relevant third parties (e.g. strategic investors, technical and finance partners, business consultants etc.) and develop a close working relationship with relevant information sources to provide an integrated service.
  • Design, document, implement and continuously improve Testing services, processes, tools and ways of working to support the Technology operating model.
  • Create awareness and drive adoption and adherence to Quality Management System of Testing services, processes and standards.
  • Manage, govern, and co-ordinate the operational delivery and service level of agreed Testing services to Technology portfolios, programmes and projects and development teams.

    • Advisory and guidance in the chosen delivery methodology; agree the requirements for Testing and the approach to be followed.

Experience: 6 - 13 years of cumulative experience with:
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in an area of specialization with 2 years’ experience in supervising/managing others
  • Experience working in a medium to large organization
  • Experience in information and communication technology (ICT) preferably in the Telecommunications, Banking, FMCG or a ICT related industry
  • Hands on experience in Software Quality Management System, use of testing tools for automation, performance, regression, i.e. SIGOS, Jmeter, HP ALM, HP Quality Center, etc.
  • Experience in Defect management/quality center
  • Experience in Software Quality Process Definition and Reviews in an IT environment
  • Experience in Solution Delivery Lifestyle(SDLC) management framework and execution
  • Experience in managing test environments, product development/systems, ERPs and testing tools to ensure stability and quality in the delivery process
  • ISO, CoBIT, Six Sigma, ISTQB Test Manager ,Customer experience Testing or CMM would be an added advantage

Job Description
