Job Title: Legal Officer Location: Lagos
Job Responsibilities
  • Liaison with all the subsidiaries within the Company’s Group, service providers, external legal advisers, and government agencies.
  • Maintenance and review of Legal Agreements
  • Negotiation, drafting and implementation of the terms of agreements in all business contracts and agreements.
  • Responsible for providing legal support in controlling customer complaints to mitigate the risk of litigation.
  • Liaise with auditors, external lawyers, tax advisers, bankers and shareholders.
  • Preparation of compliance documentation with relevant constitutive documents for statutory, legal, regulatory purposes.
  • Review all documentation that has legal implications for the company prior to signing and implementing.
Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Law.
  • LLM (an advantage).
  • A minimum of 3 years working experience.
  • I.T knowledge (particularly in Excel and Word).
  • High level of determination and tenacity.
  • Articulate, effective communication skills with the ability to communicate internally and externally (lawyers, regulators, auditors) at all levels.
  • Fully conversant with NAICOM, SEC, NSE, CAC, NFIU, IFRS, and other regulatory Directives and Guidelines.
 
 
Job Title: Management Graduate Trainee Location: Lagos
Job Description
  • Maintain overall quality and service standards.
  • Follow up on management team shift control issues
  • Financial planning
  • Develop budget plans and tactics to achieve target.
  • Respond to written customer complaints on a weekly basis.
  • Conduct management meetings.
  • Manage the implementation of local sales building programmes
  • Ensure outstanding customers' service is delivered everytime
Job Qualifications / Requirements
  • Should possess B.Sc / HND in any related field
  • Minimum of 2nd class lower division B.Sc. or Lower credit HND
  • Strong leadership, motivational and management skills.
  • Inventory Management
  • Strong proficiency in MS i.e. use of Excel, Power Point and Word etc
  • Timeliness in updating stock records and other documentation in store
  • Responsiveness of internal and external clients request.
