Job Title: Network Engineer / Service Engineer (CCTV, Biometrics, Intercom) Location: Lagos Job Type: Full-time Position: Permanent

Roles and Responsibilities

Establishing the networking environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, defining, documenting and enforcing system standards.
Installation and configuration of CCTV Camera/NVR onsite systems and associated Access Control Systems Troubleshooting maintenance of CCTV systems Site survey for CCTV installation.
Remote troubleshooting and fault finding if issues occur upon initial installation. Capacity management and audit of IP addressing and hosted devices within the client's sites. Liaising with project management teams, third-line engineers and service desk engineers on a regular basis.
Maximizing network performance by monitoring performance, troubleshooting network problems and outages, scheduling upgrades and collaborating with network architects on network optimization Undertaking data network fault investigations in local and wide area environments, using information from multiple sources.

Requirements

Experience: 2-3 years of relevant experience
Technical Skills: LAN, WAN, Switches Routers, CCTV installation, IP Cameras Subject: Networking Related Hardware Certification: CCNA/CCNP/Networking (Good to have)
Fluency: English (Mandatory in verbal and vocal).
