We are recruiting to fill the positions of:   Job Title: Product Manager Location: Lagos
Job Profile
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for creating, managing and maintaining the technical product roadmaps and work directly with development and engineering teams.
  • We are searching for a talented, smart, and experienced product manager to join our effervescent team based in the Lagos Head office.
Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure the development of market driven products.
  • Conduct competitive research to determine new market opportunities and positioning strategies.
  • Identify market opportunities and define vision and strategy.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their needs and gather product requirements.
  • Develop new products and improve existing Products.
  • Engage closely with the engineering team to figure out the best technical implementation methods aswell as a reasonable implementation schedule.
  • Create,manage, maintain the technical product roadmaps and work directly with development andengineering teams.
  • Plan and schedule project timelines, milestones, product strategy & roadmaps.
  • Act as the liaison between development, engineering, QA and business teams.
  • Manage the entire product line life cycle, P&L for that specific product.
  • Gather business requirements and create business cases for products, initiatives, and features, as well asaid in UAT testing.
Job Requirements
  • Experience building online payments and, or commerce products, and knowledge of global payments.
  • Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as Operations, sales, Customer Support, Finance or Marketing.
  • Proven ability to achieve strategic goals in a creative and dynamic environment.
  • Good Team Player
  • Product Management or related experience
  • Experience with Product Management or product design with a focus on software products and technologies.
  • Experience developing digital products and technologies.
 
   
 
Job Title: Software Tester Location: Nigeria
Job Profile
  • We are searching for a talented, smart, and experienced SOFTWARE TESTERto join our effervescent team based in the Lagos Head office.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for providing support in the development, implementation and assurance of strategies across the enterprise, assess software quality through manual and automated testing, finding and reporting bugs and glitches, ensuring that all products, applications and systems work correctly.
Job Responsibilities
  • Create logs to document testing phases and defects
  • Report bugs and errors to development teams
  • Help troubleshoot issues
  • Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Review and analyze system specifications
  • Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective strategies and test plans
  • Execute test cases (manual or automated) and analyze results
  • Evaluate product code according to specifications
Job Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills
  • B.Sc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Tester or similar role
  • Experience in project management and QA methodology
  • Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing is a plus
  • Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
  • Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr) and SQL
