We are recruiting to fill the positions below:   Job Title: Project Manager Location: Lagos
Details The successful candidate will:
  • Lead planning and execution of all sales projects, Analytics, Commercial Standards, Scorecards and ensuring that the desired results are achieved whilst promoting a culture of continuous improvement in the function.
  • Develop activity and resource plans around all sales projects
  • Organise, motivate and provide focus and direction for the project teams
  • Estimate costs and develop budgets around all key projects
  • Analyse and manage risks involved with projects
  • Monitor progress and update all stakeholders periodically
  • Realise project deliverables on time and in full with minimal impact on ongoing Fan Milk/Danone business
  • Manage the following:
    • Cost
    • Risks
    • Resources – Project team
    • Internal and external stakeholders
Skills, Experience and Qualification
  • The successful candidate must have a minimum of 7years experience in similar and preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Negotiation Skills
  • Interpersonal Skills
  • Contract management
  • Risk Management – able to manage/control risks to avoid shocks/surprises that can derail project
  • Cost control – deliver projects within budgets
  • Has excellent communication skills
  • Critical thinking – able to make good business decisions based on data and stakeholder consultation
  • Possesses influencing skills and a high degree of assertiveness across cultural and educational diversity

Job Title: Trade Marketing / Sales Operations Manager Location: Lagos
Details
  • This role impacts topline through provision of strategic insights to help drive business performance and influencing our brand presence and sell out from trade to deliver our commercial objectives.
The successful candidate will:
  • Develop and implement a BTL Strategy for Fan Milk Nigeria
  • Design Trade Channels engagement platforms
  • Develop and implement the optimal brand mix (Must stock list) for the retail channels working closely with the Head of Marketing
  • Translate brand plans into actionable trade executions and ensure effective cascade of same via cycle plans
  • Develop and drive trade launch plans around new product introductions
  • Sales growth drivers – development, measure and track performance insights, market & competitor monitoring, analysis and reporting whilst developing Commercial Insights
  • Manage sell out across trade Channels with a view to optimizing:
    • Sales by channel
    • Share of shelf space, visibility and merchandizing
    • SOM Growth by channel
    • Sales assets productivity – SPVD, Asset utilization
Skills, Experience and Qualification
  • Has business related degree from an acknowledged university with a minimum of 7years experience in the FMCG industry
  • Analytical, Numeric with a disruptive thinking/ mind-set
  • Continuous improvement mind-set
  • Has broad experience with a structured approach to customer relationship management and business development
  • Has excellent entrepreneurial and commercial awareness
  • Has financial acumen

Job Title: Brand Manager Location: Lagos
Details The successful candidate will:
  • Take overall accountability for the success of the brand portfolio
  • Take accountability for short-term brand planning and execution; based on the long term brand strategy
  • Monitor and manage the Brand Health Indicators
  • Responsible for Quarterly brand reviews, Brand plans and promotion proposals
  • Develop action plans to achieve budgeted brand volumes and profit
  • Review brand plans, manage marketing budget and closely monitor execution of all marketing activities relating to brand
  • Gather and analyse company and market information for input into the development of the long term brand strategy
  • Identify new communication opportunities and implement them by employing print, design, PR, media and advertising agencies in translating brand marketing objectives into creative communication material.
  • Provide sales organization with internal information and training presentations on market, consumer behavior, brands, and new product introduction
  • Develop POSM (point of sales materials), hot spot activation programs and events & sponsorships activities in coordination with Brand & Consumer Activation Manager
Product Management:
  • Develop and implement new product launches
  • Monitor product profitability and make adjustments to brand plans, where required
  • Drive innovation, extension (growing the brand) and renovation (changes made to the brand)
  • Anticipates potential project breakdowns, and solves them before they translate into a problem
Skills, Experience and Qualification
  • A Business related degree from an acknowledged university with a minimum of 5years relevant experience in the FMCG industry
