Strategy Consultant at B.Adedipe Associate Limited

B.Adedipe Associate Limited (“BAA Consult”, for short) was incorporated in February 1993, as General Management and Financial Consultants, and commenced operations in March 1994. The company has built on the professional experience of its Chief Consultant (Dr. ‘Biodun Adedipe) and his complementary relationships, and in the course of time it has developed a reputation for excellent delivery in all four of its business platforms – Strategy, Training, Human Capital Services and Research.

We are recruiting to fill the position below: Job Title: Strategy Consultant Location: Lagos

Job Objective

To analyze business practices and goals and make suggestions for improvement or company direction

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

Carry out research and data collection to understand the organisation
Compile, analyse, and report data, applying models and statistical techniques to explain economic phenomena.
Forecast trends or patterns that could guide future business decisions.
Formulate recommendations, policies or plans to solve client problems.
Implement recommendations or solutions and ensure the client receives the necessary assistance to carry it all out
Lead projects assigned by the Chief Consultant.
Handle all Strategy assignment for the company

Job Requirements

5-7 years working experience in Research or Economist role. (Strategy Consultant experience will be added advantage.
He / she must be able to conduct detailed research and analysis that result in constructive findings.
He / she must be detailed and result oriented and demonstrate a positive attitude and a high level of enthusiasm for the role and field.
Good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and contemporary data management software
B.Sc. in Economics, Accounting, Social Sciences or other related field (minimum of 2:1); professional qualifications will be added advantage
Not more than 28 years.
