We are recruiting to fill the position of:

Job Title: Learning and Development Lead Location: Lagos

Job Description

A brilliant, experienced, widely knowledgeable and self-driven professional with expertise in business development for the training and development is required to drive the training and development plans of a mid-sized company on the mainland in Lagos.
Major Responsibility: Designing training plans and driving implementation to achieve target goals.

Requirements

First Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Arts, Business or related fields
Post Graduate Degree would be an added advantage
Currency, Proficiency and Savvy in IT/Tech plus extensive user-ability on Digital Platforms
Substantial knowledge and experience with Human Resources and/or Educational Management
Aged between 25 – 35 years.
Minimum 5 years’ Experience in training and development
Wide knowledge in the Learning and Development sphere. Certifications would be Added Advantage
