Quantity Surveyor in a Leading Construction & Manufacturing Company

Team Ace - Our client, a leading Construction & Manufacturing company is currently recruiting to fill the position below:
   
Job Title: Quantity Surveyor Location: Lagos
Job Duties
  • Conducting feasibility studies to estimate materials, time and labour costs
  • Preparing, negotiating and analysing costs for tenders and contracts
  • Valuing completed work and arranging for payments
  • Coordination of work effort
  • Advising on a range of legal and contractual issues
Requirements
  • With more than 2 years work experience with a minimum of Bachelor's degree or equivalent from a recognized Institution.
