We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Architect Location: Lagos

Job Description

Prepare information regarding designs, structure specifications, materials, color,equipment, estimated costs and construction time.
Prepare operating and maintenance manuals, studies and reports
Administer construction contracts
Direct activities of workers engaged in preparing drawings and specification documents.
Prepare contracts documents for building contractors.
Integrate engineering element into unified design,
Plan layout of the project,
Represents company in obtaining bids and awarding construction contracts
Prepare scale drawings.
Conduct periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
Consult with client to determine functional and spatial requirements of structure.
