Job Description

Our organization is aiming to acquire Business Manager to lead and supervise the work of our staff and partners.

Responsibilities

See to assessing as well as identifying new opportunities for growth in current as well as prospective markets.
Try and establish the organization's objectives and goals.
Development of comprehensive budget for the organization
Performing periodic budget analyses.
Making sure that all our organization's activities adhere to legal policies and guidelines.
Periodically assessing overall performance of the organization.
Will need to assist to recruit and train new staff.
Determining area of improvement of staff after regular evaluations.
Assist in designing business strategies to meet the organization's goals.
Ensuring the organization has enough resources in terms of personnel, equipment and material.

Requirements

First Degree in Business, Business Management or any other related disciplines.
3 years' experience in a management position.
Good analytical thinking and business insight.
Good presentation skills.
Have good time management skills.
Possess basic math skills as well as understanding of basic financial concepts.
Possess quality leadership abilities.
Have good and excellent verbal and verbal communication skills.
Good knowledge about business regulations and policies and regulations.
