Job Title: Estate Officer Location: Lagos

Job Description

We seek an ambitious, entrepreneurial driven individuals to partner with the firm in achieving its objectives

Job Requirements

Reporting to the Estate Manager, his brief is to assist in carrying out the firm's business as concerns estate agency, management, or development.
Computer Literacy
Good Understanding of the Lagos Property Market
The candidate must be between age 25-35 years
Ideal Candidates must have the following qualifications, experience, and characteristics.
HND/BSC in Estate Management with a minimum of 2 years experience
Willingness to learn and ability to work under pressure

Job Title: Estate Manager Location: Lagos

Job Description

Job Requirements

Reporting to the CEO, his brief is to the head of the firm. He must be able to identify and prospect for real estate opportunities, marketing for them, and also supervising the property development department.
Ideal Candidates must have the following qualifications, experience and characteristics:
HND/BSC in Estate Management (additional qualifications is a distinct advantage ) with at least 4 years experience.
Extensive Marketing contacts and very strong flair for agency practice in Lagos State
Proven ability to deliver and meet targets and projections
High level of initiative, ability to withstand pressure and loves challenges
Very string analytical, interpersonal, oral/written communication and computer skills
Ability to drive and a good knowledge of Lagos routes
Performance driven bonus and other incentives
Candidate must be between age 30-35 years

Job Title: Estate Assistant Location: Lagos

Job Description

Reporting to the Manager, the brief will be to generally assist the unit in carrying out the above stated duties

Job Requirements Ideal Candidates should have the following qualifications and characteristics:

OND / SSCE with a minimum of 1 year experience in real estate firm
Knowledge of Lagos Property market.
