We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Senior Counsel Location: Lagos

Job Description They require a brilliant Senior Counsel to handle the following:

Lead the provision of high level legal advice and analysis in various areas of commercial legal practice.
Monitor emerging legal developments and key concerns rellating to various areas of legal services.
Keep abreast of changes in laws that affect client areasmonitor work flow of junior counsels.
In coordination with partners, take heed in growing the existing business with regard to volume, scope, quality and value of mandates.

Requirement

First degree in law
Excellent knowledge and understanding of corporate law and procedures
Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive strategies.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity.
At least 5 years post calltobar relevant experience
Proven experience as a legal counsel in business environment
