We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Spare Parts Officer

Locations: Abuja (FCT), Lagos and Rivers
Employment Type: Full-time

Main Purpose

• Process the procurement, storage, distribution and delivery of spare parts and manage accounting for spare parts including inventory management, stock counting and reporting

Job Description

• Spare Parts Procurement and Distribution
• Process spare parts ordering.
• Forward invoices to Finance and Accounts for processing.
• Ensure the Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) for all spare parts in constant use is maintained
• Ensure proper storage of spare parts.
• Process parts issuance and transactions
• Reconcile spare parts position on the ERP system with physical stock
• Receive and process requests for spare parts from the workshop
• Supply spare parts to the workshop
• Inspect spare parts received from TNL.
• Among others.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or HND from any reputable university
• Accounting related background will be added advantage.
• 3-5 years’ work experience
• Sound and practical knowledge of Microsoft NAV and Excel.

The Candidate must possess:

• Good understanding ofspare parts specifications
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Demonstrated commitment to ethical standards and high level of integrity
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office productivity tools.
